Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Skin360 Aesthetic Clinic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier and recipient.

Skin360 Aesthetic Clinic is not responsible for:

• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Delivery delays caused by the carrier
• Incorrect delivery by the carrier
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Customers experiencing shipping issues should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation or claim.

Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, refusal of delivery, or other customer-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be resent.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information provided.
