Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit in the following circumstances:

• You received the wrong product.
• Your order arrived damaged during shipping.
• The product was defective upon arrival.
• The product was missing from your order.
• Other exceptional circumstances approved by our customer service team.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following:

• Photos of the product and packaging
• A description of the issue

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

• Change of mind purchases

• Products purchased more than 7 days after delivery
